What Students and High School's are Saying About the Imagine America Foundation
Dear Mr. Martin,
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to you and the Imagine America Foundation for selecting me as a recipient of your most generous gift of $1000 for the Imagine America High School Scholarship. I am truly delighted that you have selected me with this honor and for that I am deeply grateful.
I have always been interested in art and design. I am planning to major in Interior Design at The Illinois Institute of Art – Tinley Park, Illinois. My goal is to become a licensed interior designer and to someday have my own interior design business. The financial support you have bestowed on my behalf will be of immense help to me in paying my educational expenses. Thanks to you and your assistance, I am one more step closer to that goal.
The Imagine America High School Scholarship you have awarded me will help decrease my financial obligation which will allow me to concentrate on the most important aspect of education, learning. I am inspired by your generosity and will work very hard to assist others and give back to the community. As I venture through my studies, professional career and life, I hope one day I will be able to help students achieve their goals just as you have helped me.
Thank you again for your generosity.
Sincerely,
Lauren Granato, 2012 Imagine America High School Recipient

Dear Ms. Faubert
How are you, its been awhile since I have spoken to you in Las Vegas NV. I was the one of the seven who won the Imagine America Foundation award in 2008. I just wanted to let you know, with the help of the scholarship your organization gave to me. I was able to finished my Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. My wife and I also have a 19 month old son (David) who I named after my tank commander (SSG D. Julian) who has past away.
I just want to say Thank you again and your organization to help achieve my goals. But more importantly, encouragement that I can succeeded.

Imagine America Foundation,
It’s hard to express emotions in words and even when you’re able to find those words they can sound generic and insincere. By receiving the Imagine America Scholarship, my family can take a breath, I can focus on school and my education is secure. Not only is this scholarship an amazing gift towards my education, but it will also benefit my future family.
In America there are many opportunities, but in order to make the most out of your choices education is mandatory. Miami-Jacobs Career College will provide me with the training I need to become a Certified Surgical Technologist which I will use to help people in need. The generous donation towards my education from the Imagine America Scholarship will in turn save many lives. Upon receiving my associates’ degree, I hope to become a part of the James Cancer Center team at the Ohio State University.
Saying thank you isn’t enough. Trying to express my gratitude is impossible. By writing this letter, I hope to inform you that the blessing you have given to me will be shared with hundreds if not thousands of cancer patients. By giving me this gift for my future, I can use my knowledge to give others a new beginning and family’s new hope.
Sincerely,
Sydney Washek, 2011 Imagine America High School Recipient

Throughout my youth, I have always looked forward to a career in the field of automotive and diesel technology. I made that dream a reality in the spring of my junior year, by completing all of the required paperwork necessary to attend UTI. Currently I am working full time at Oasis Auto, where I am learning valuable hands on training specializing in Mercedes, Volkswagens, and Porsche-Audi. Because of this opportunity to work at Oasis Auto I am more certain then ever of my career choice. I look forward to starting classes on August 1, 2011.
Without a doubt, this scholarship will play a key role in achieving my educational dreams. I appreciate your confidence in me and willingness to contribute to my future education. Thank you again for your generosity. I look forward to the time that I can help others as you have helped me.
Sincerely,
John Geiger, 2011 Imagine America high school recipient
