In 2008, Military.com sponsored two Imagine America Foundation LDRSHIP Awards worth $10,000. A ceremony was held on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C., and honored six outstanding individuals who had shown remarkable achievements throughout their careers as both students and soldiers in the U.S. military. Military.com has generously decided to continue its support of the Foundation by sponsoring a 2009 LDRSHIP Award. This year’s ceremony will be held at the annual Career College Association Convention in Orlando, FL. The Foundation is grateful for Military.com’s continued support.
