Q: I tried going to the www.imagine-america.org web site to approve my student's scholarship application, but it said I needed a username and password to process the application. What does that mean?
A: Great question! The username and password are used to give counselors and career colleges access to the application management page where they can view, approve or deny pending student scholarship applications. Listed below are the steps for high school counselors and Imagine America college contacts on how you may obtain a username and password and how you can use it to view, approve or deny pending applications.

High school counselor: A username and password will be e-mailed to you once a student from your high school has applied for our Imagine America scholarship. Note: A username and password is not needed if you are helping a student apply. It is also imperative to make sure the Imagine America Foundation has the correct contact information for your high school to reduce any delays in approving a student's application.
Imagine America college contact: Your username and password will be e-mailed to you once the student's application has been accepted by the high school counselor.
High school counselor: Once you receive an e-mail from us with your username and password, you will be directed to our application management page. Click on the link inside your e-mail to view the application management page. Enter your username (which will be your office e-mail address) and the password provided within the e-mail.
Imagine America college contact: After the student's application has been accepted by the high school counselor, you will receive an e-mail with your username and password to view, approve or deny applications. Click on the link inside your e-mail to view your application management page and enter the username and password provided within the e-mail.
