Imagine America scholarships ... financing your education just got easier
In just a few days, the 2007 Imagine America Scholarship Program will begin accepting scholarship applications for graduating high school seniors to attend participating career colleges all over the United States and Puerto Rico.
Recognizing the growing number of students attending career colleges, the Imagine America Foundation created its Imagine America Scholarship Program in 1998. This annual scholarship program has helped thousands of high school seniors afford a career education at hundreds of career schools across the United States. Each year, every high school in the United States and Puerto Rico may select three graduating seniors to receive a $1,000 Imagine America scholarship!
In just seven years, Imagine America has become one of the most recognized high school scholarship programs of its kind. The Foundation has worked with over 10,000 high school guidance counselors and scholarship coordinators and has processed over 35,000 scholarships. The scholarship program runs annually and has a December 31 deadline. High school seniors graduating in 2007 may begin applying on January 1, 2007.
To qualify, a student must be a graduating high school senior; have a likelihood of successfully completing their postsecondary education, a high school grade point average of 2.5 or greater and financial need; and have demonstrated voluntary community service during their senior year. If your students or someone you know is interested in attending a career college, our award program can help them. To apply, visit our scholarship web site www.imagine-america.org and click on "Apply" under "High School Students."
