Meet the Imagine America Foundation’s Newest Hire

On November 3, 2008, Andrea Wilcox Spisak joined the Imagine America Foundation family as the Director of Strategic Development. In this position, Spisak’s primary responsibility will be to develop relationships with career colleges to offer the Imagine America scholarship and award programs.

Spisak has extensive experience with the career college sector. Before joining the Imagine America Foundation, Spisak worked as the Regional Sales Manager for Student Resources Services, LLC. In that role, she worked with career schools by implementing student retention services and offering resource assistance and training for both faculty and students. Spisak graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

One of the new Imagine America programs Andrea is working with is the Adult Skills Education Program (ASEP). ASEP is $1,000 in tuition assistance available to eligible adult learners enrolling in participating Imagine America career colleges. Built on the success of the Imagine America Foundation’s award-winning Imagine America high school scholarship program and the innovative Military Award Program (MAP), ASEP is the only national award program designed specifically to help adult learners enrolling at career colleges.
