A: Of course! Finding out the status of an application is an easy process. The student can even check the application status himself. Listed below are the steps to check an application status.

To begin, you will need the student’s application ID number. Application ID numbers are given to the student once he/she applies. They are also located in the e-mail correspondence to the student, counselors and career college contacts from the Foundation. All application numbers begin with the student’s last name and a series of four numbers or letters (i.e. Brown14FG).

Next, you will need to go to the Check Application Status page on the www.imagine-america.org web site. Simply click on the tab located at the lower left corner of the page. Enter in the application ID number and select “Check Status.”
