Gregg Typing Techniques and Projects was published by the Gregg Publishing Company in 1931. It introduced photos of "cycles of movement" to illustrate exactly how expert typists made the reaches from one key to the next. This invention, along with several others, meant that new skills had to be taught, and career colleges were there to answer that call.
