Imagine America Foundation Announces Alliance with Wonderlic to Improve Customer Satisfaction

Washington, D.C. (May 11, 2010) – As today’s education marketplace becomes more competitive, it's imperative that scholarship providers, like the Imagine America Foundation, continue to meet and exceed the high-quality students expect while enrolling in career colleges. In its commitment to continued improvement in its scholarship delivery process, the Imagine America Foundation today announced a new alliance with Wonderlic, Inc. that will focus on enhancing customer service.

IAF chose Wonderlic as their survey provider due to the company's 70+ year history as a researcher, developer and administrator of educational surveys and assessments.

Martin, President of the Imagine America Foundation. The Imagine America Foundation survey is designed to collect feedback on the application process and the student's customer service interactions with the organization. The results will assist the Foundation in enhancing the processes it has already established to improve the service provided to applicants. Every scholarship recipient will be asked to complete the survey, which will make the feedback as comprehensive as possible.
